PROJECT MANAGER. We pride ourselves in the personal integrity and professional skills of D&K CMI project managers and we compensate the best talent accordingly. Job responsibilities include effective and timely interface with owners, architects, engineers, project superintendents, governing agencies, suppliers and subcontractors and administrative staff. Computer proficiency for project cost estimating, bid submittals, value engineering, scheduling, subcontractor negotiations and contracts, cost control, benchmark reporting and organizing is fundamental to effectiveness. Project managers usually oversee more than one project at a time. They must be flexible and able to deal well with people. Travel is required for site visits and, depending on project size and location, extended stays at a project may be required.
SUPERINTENDENT – Our superintendents are highly valued and well compensated. We recognize and reward experienced, motivated and disciplined individuals who are capable of handling fast-track and complex hotel and commercial projects. Computer proficiency is essential. Proactive project organization, excellent communications skills, a strong track record of effective labor management and proficient construction code knowledge are fundamental requirements. Proven ability to oversee the entire project and timely responsiveness to problems and conflict resolutions are essential. All positions are site specific to project location.
