While a significant percentage of D&K CMI projects are on a CM/GC basis, we have a strong record of competative bid awards. We focus on achieving the owner’s goals for cost schedule and quality by implementing into hospitality applications a combination of fast track production techniques and management experience gained through repeated success.
D&K CMI holds contractor licenses in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming and numerous City and County licenses.
